Five family members, including three kids, were found dead in an Ohio home Thursday evening in what police are calling a “domestic dispute that turned deadly,” according to a news release.

The incident is being investigated as a quadruple murder-suicide, police said.

The Uniontown Police Department responded to 13305 Carnation Avenue around 7:31 p.m. to conduct a wellbeing check at the request of a coworker of one of the family members.

Officers found Jason Dunham, 46, Melissa Dunham, 42, and their children, 15-year-old Renee, 12-year-old Amber and 9-year-old Evan dead at the Stark County home. Jason and Melissa were married at the time of the incident, according to police.
