Biden administration to keep refugee cap at Trump’s level, far less than what it proposed to Congress

One of the main pillars of President Biden’s Presidential Campaign was to tackle immigration in a progressive way. He promised to not only return the refugee cap to pre-Trump levels but raise it much higher. Yet, the Biden administration is refusing to keep their campaign promise.
