Thousands of people reported Chase bank’s app and website outages Wednesday afternoon, according to Downdetector.

The outage peaked just before 2 p.m. with over 7,000 people reporting the outage. By 3:10 p.m., that number had dropped to around 3,000, Downdetector shows.

“We are working to restore full service. Please try again later,” reads an alert at the top of Chase’s website.
