The 37-year-old registered nurse accused of killing six people including a pregnant woman and her infant son in Windsor Hills Thursday has been charged with six counts of murder and five counts of gross vehicular manslaughter, prosecutors announced Monday.
Nicole Lorraine Linton, a 37-year-old traveling registered nurse who works in California and Texas, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence after she allegedly blew through a red light at speeds between 80 and 100 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone around 1:40 p.m. at South La Brea and Slauson avenues, officials said.
