Uber, DoorDash to use AI to make ordering easier

Uber Eats (UBER) and DoorDash (DASH) will be utilizing artificial intelligence in their apps. According to a report from Bloomberg, Uber is working on an AI chatbot that can offer food recommendations. DoorDash will be offering an AI-powered voice ordering service that can answer calls and make it easier for customers to reorder meals they like.

The company is working on a system called DashAI that it’s testing in a limited capacity in some markets.
